All creations that are shown in this journal are handmade by me (Holly ::waves::) - with the exception of some of the leather items, which are handmade by my fiance. I select the materials that I am going to work with. I buy the materials. I work with the materials. Everything is done by me. The materials are handpicked to provide the best quality possible. All work found herein is original and custom-designed.

If you would like to see additional pictures of any item(s), please ask. I can provide additional (or larger) pictures upon request.

I welcome any and all commission work. I would love to work with you to create that unique item that you're dreaming of. Together we will discuss design, materials and budget. If I cannot create the specific item you want/need for any reason, I will do everything in my power to direct you to someone who can (and will). I want to ensure that you get the perfect piece for you.

Items very often have many variables, which you can tailor to suit your tastes. While I can't guarantee that all of the items in this journal can be duplicated exactly, most can be replicated in a very similar fashion to those pictured. Practically all items can be commissioned with alterations to suit your fancy or we can work together to custom design an item for you from scratch. From the size of the bead and color of the crystal in your earrings to the color and type of yarn in your scarf set to the dimensions of your messenger bag - your item can, and will, be totally personalized.

Once the design of your item has been finalized and materials have been priced and decided upon, I will require a deposit to cover material costs. Upon receipt of the deposit, I will begin creating your item.

Keep in mind, however, that commissions require additional time and may differ in price from a similar item listed in the journal. (Design, materials, quantity and labor will affect the price of your item.) If you are interested in commissioning an item, I will require additonal time (time may vary) to finish your item and you should allow extra time for shipping. If you will need the commissioned item by or before a certain date make sure you plan accordingly and order in advance - the further in advance the better. (It's always better to have more time than less.)

I strive to make my prices as reasonable as possible. The majority of the cost covers the materials I used to create an item. The fee for the actual creation of the item is very low.

1. Leave a comment about the item you wish to purchase. Include your email in the comment. I will respond to you via email.
2. We will discuss the transaction via email until both parties are satisfied and final price, including shipping, is confirmed.
3. An invoice (request for money) will be sent to you via email.
4. You send payment.
5. Once I receive payment, I will ship the order complete with packing slip and send you notification via email.
6. You let me know the order got there safely and stop back by to leave feedback.

Payments: Currently, I accept both Paypal and Money Orders as the preferred means of payment.

Shipping: Shipping and handling costs vary by item but will typically be below $10. Orders will be sent by US Postal Service. All items ordered in a purchase will be sent in the same package for a discount on shipping.

Returns: Returns to be discussed on an individual basis. I strive to bring you the highest quality items possible. If for some reason you are unhappy with an item, please contact me. We will discuss what can be done. Due to health considerations, earrings are non-returnable.

Repairs: If one of your items needs a repair within a year of purchase, feel free to ship it back to us for free repair. Customer pays shipping and handling charges.

I was named Holly in the wee hours of the morning on December 5th, 1980. I am a 25-year-old graduate of Mansfield University (2003), where I majored in Mass Communications (double emphasis in Public Relations and Journalism) with a Creative Writing minor. My fiance and myself are the journal's featured artisans. Andrew is the leathercraftsman and I dabble in everything else!

Currently I am employed as a reporter for my hometown newspaper. My free time is divided between my creative ventures (which run the gamut from sewing, crocheting, painting and beadwork to photography, writing and theater), quality time with my fiance, spending time with my friends and family, keeping this journal as up-dated as possible, cooking and baking, keeping in touch with friends and family on-line, cleaning my apartment, planning my wedding, lavishing attention upon my two cats (and fiance!) and sleeping every now and again.

I live a very eclectic life, flavored by the experiences that my unique friends and family have blessed me with and steeped in an unquenchable thirst to learn, understand and "know". (Lets not forget my uninhibited desire to have my hand in everything.) I am a very curious person by nature, in all meanings of the word. I consider myself to be very passionate and compassionate. I am a lover of creativity, art and imagination.

I try to put everything that I am into all that I do.

If this small internet boutique becomes even somewhat successful, I will be utterly thrilled. I don't think I can even express how insanely happy that would make me. If/when that point comes I would love to be able to begin donating a portion of my profits to a charity. (Never mind actually being able to support my creative addictions.) I hope, through this site, to find homes for my items with owners who love them as much as I love creating them.
